Rectifier for Electro Magnetic Lifma ตู้ควบคุมแม่เหล็กยกชิ้นงาน
These units rectify AC power to DC and supply it to electromagnetic Lifma. All electromagnetic Lifmas require a rectifi er. Three models are available; KR-P, A, RH-MW. Select them according to your purpose of usage. ■ RH-MW [Rectifier with reverse exciting circuit] Workpieces with flat lifting surfaces, or made from material which tends to retain residual magnetism, may not be easy to release when the power supply is turned OFF. In these cases, a reverse current flow, is needed to cancel the residual magnetism, and complete the release. • The rectifier KR Series and RH Series use electronic PC boards and small relays inside the rectifi ers and therefore, are not suitable for use in applications subjected to constant vibrations, such as on cranes,for example. Such use also voids the warranty even ifafailure occurs within the warranty period. For installationin places that are subjected to constant vibrations, anti-vibration measures need to be taken. The external signal input wires must be shielding wires and must be limited to 10 m long maximum. • Operation procedures and technical specifi cations of other manufactures lifting magnets should not be applied to our lifting magnets or, any other makes. ! Compact but improved demagnetizing performance!
• Thick workpieces can be demagnetized effectively by passing the front and rear side over the demagnetizer. • These demagnetizers are very powerful and can demagnetize steel materials such as high speed steel, bearing steel, nickel-chrome steel, spring steel, die steel, etc. which are difficult to demagnetize by standard demagnetizers (since these steels have the property similar to magnetic steel which retains residual magnetism and is hard to remove). • These demagnetizers have good heat radiation and can withstand continuous power application
