• Instantly suck and fix a workplece with air from a compressor, and used with such processing maching such as a machining center or an abrasive machine. • Since it is equipped with a vacuum ejector, no other vacuum pump is required. • Easy start up just by connecting a tube of a one-touch valve to a compressor in your factory • Due to air sucking, suitably used for non magnetic materials as stainless steel, aluminum or resin. • While the valve is off, a small amount of air flows out of 1mm dia. vacuum hole, which largey prevents any foreign materials from going into the hole. • Easy maintenance as most parts are easily accessible by opening the front panel. • With the equipped pressure-reduction valve, saving air consumption is possible with economical use by the adjustment of vacuum. • Two-unit combined use is made possible with holes of hexagon bolts at both sides. Caution Maximum air consumption, input pressure. is 0.6Mpa. Maximum vacuum capacity is a theoretical value, and 80% of the valve is considered as a practical value. Also, maximum suction capacity of one grid is 8N at maximum vacuum pressure. Use such value as a guidance because of the variance depending on the size. Suction power is proportional to vacuum pressure and area but shape and surface roughness, distortion maay cause a negative effect on maintaining suction power. Recommended surface roughness : Not less than 3.2Ra

■ Maintenanec • Take out the fore screws at the front panel, and pull out the assembly for maintenance. • Alternatively, you can put the unit upside fown and rear lid can opened up for maintenance ■ Two-unit combined use (Semi-custom made) • Use standard hex bolts and washers to connect both together • Applicable hex bolts : Not larger than M16 • Applicable washers : Small flat type for M16 (Not larger than dia.30)
